This method is suitable for the recycling process of plastic (PET) bottles. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Weighing during continuous processes<\/h3>\n<p>Do you not need accurate dosing because you only want to fill lorries, for example? But you still want to be able to control the amount of product being transported? Then a weighing screw is a good option. A weighing screw is designed for 24\/7 processes. Naturally, you can also use it to temporarily restrict the feed line, for example, when replacing a full truck with an empty one. The weighing screw is mainly intended for coarser weighing and is therefore ideal for monitored transport of flakes.<\/p>\n<h3>Continuous monitoring of transported dry materials<\/h3>\n<p>During operation, the weighing screw displays the material speed in metres per second. You can also read \u00a0the number of kilograms already transported and the flow control drive from 0 to 100%. This is made possible because special load cells measure the mass of the screw plus content.
